If you encounter any problems or difficulties with any aspect of our website which you feel you need to make us aware of, please contact our sales and customer services helpline number immediately on 0845 409 3801, or alternatively by email to natasha@country-touches.co.uk advising us of the problem.  We endeavor to investigate the problem as soon as possible and advise you accordingly.

We here at Country Touches strongly believe that customers should not be penalized when ordering several items off our website therefore as part of our commitment  to our customers, we have a flat rate of £3.25 for all orders upto the value of £60.00.  Anything above this value, no matter how many items you order is FREE P&P.

We do hope that you are happy and pleased with your purchased item, however if for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with the purchased goods, you may return the item to Country Touches for a full refund.

To gain a full refund of the item/s purchased we ask that you send the items back within 28 working days.The returned goods must be in a resalable state and any goods or accessories that accompany the returned product are also sent back to us. 

We here at Country Touches make every effort to well package your item prior to being sent however if for whatever reason, your item has been damaged in transit, we would be happy to offer you a replacement if photographic evidence of the damaged item can be provided.This is to enable us to claim off Royal Mail for damage to goods in transit.  Country Touches will endevour to send you out a replacement as soon as possible. 

If there is a particular item on our website that you have seen but is out of stock, please email us at natasha@country-touches.co.uk with the product detail and we can advise you when we are due to get the item back in stock again.
